Conrad Bali announces completion of newly renovated deluxe rooms

Conrad Bali has announced the launch of its 85 newly renovated expanded Deluxe rooms that boast incredible Indian Ocean views, expansive lagoon access and lush tropical gardens views. The completion of this second phase of renovations at the resort promises guests transformed guestrooms featuring a fresh blue and grey color palette and wooden furniture, reflecting tropical island-inspired patterns with warm, cozy lighting and contemporary Balinese artwork. The first phase of Conrad Bali’s transformation project began in December 2017 and was completed last September, which features 103 expanded Deluxe rooms, a refurbished lagoon pool, a revamped main pool and an update to the all-day dining Suku Restaurant.

InterContinental and Crowne Plaza to open in Bengaluru

InterContinental Hotels Group has signed an agreement with Hotel Paraag in Bangalore, for two hotels – the new built InterContinental Bengaluru Whitefield and Crowne Plaza Bengaluru Raj Bhavan Road, which will be a conversion hotel. Both hotels are expected to be operational by Q1 2022 and will increase IHG’s system size in India by over 400 rooms. ibis Styles to open in Goa with 145 rooms

Discussing InterGlobe’s aggressive plans for the Indian market, JB Singh, President and CEO, InterGlobe Hotels, says, “We are looking to develop a second ibis in Goa which will be an ibis Styles. In fact, we are also looking for sites to develop a third property there. We are going to start a new project in BKC, Bandra Kurla, which will be a 150-200 room project. We are looking at developing more hotels in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Pune.

The May Fair Hotel has become the latest addition to Radisson Collection, the group’s compilation of premium lifestyle properties, offering a high end stay in one of London’s most desirable districts. Accor to open MGallery in Hong Kong by 2019 end

Accor has announced The Silveri Hong Kong – MGallery in Hong Kong. Situated next to Novotel Citygate in Tung Chung, The Silveri Hong Kong – MGallery will be the brand’s first hotel in Hong Kong when it opens towards the end of 2019. Marriott opens second Four Points by Sheraton in Tanzania

Marriott International has announced the opening of its second Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Tanzania, Four Points by Sheraton Dar es Salaam, New Africa Hotel. The original New Africa Hotel was built as the official residence of Kaiser Wilhelm II in 1896. It was used as a hospital during World War I before being converted into a hotel during the British Empire.
