Hospitality Breaking NewsHNA Group has announced plans to sell some or all of its $6.3-billion stake in Hilton Worldwide Holdings. The sale was announced through a regulatory filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. HNA acquired an approximate 25 percent equity interest in Hilton from affiliates of Blackstone, establishing a long-term strategic investment in Hilton in 2016.
