Hilton Hotels & Resorts’ new Global Brand Head is Vera Manoukian

Hilton has announced the appointment of Vera Manoukian as Senior Vice President and Global Head, Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Manoukian will oversee the brand portfolio for Hilton Hotels & Resorts and will be responsible for promoting, elevating and growing the iconic brand. “We are thrilled to have Vera as the newest member of our brand management leadership team,” said Jon Witter, Chief Customer Officer. “She is extremely well-regarded within the hospitality industry, and given her diverse global business experience, I am confident she will be a tremendous asset to Hilton and our owner community.”

As a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of hospitality experience, Vera is known for driving brand growth, maximizing operational excellence and delivering financial performance. She most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Denihan Hospitality, where she led branding, sales, marketing and operations and managed the company’s growth and development pipeline. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Starwood, where she was responsible for their largest geographic region, seven brands, 68 full service and luxury properties, and $3.4 billion in revenue.

Manoukian holds an MBA from the University of Southern New Hampshire, specializing in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Rivier University of New Hampshire. She will be based at Hilton’s global headquarters in McLean, Virginia and report to Dave Marr, senior vice president and global head of full service brands.
