Puneet Chhatwal to be Chairman of Board of Directors of Oriental Hotels

Oriental Hotels, part of the Taj Group of Hotels, has announced that Puneet Chhatwal will be a non-independent, non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. This was announced post the Board meeting that was held on January 23, 2018. Chhatwal joined Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), which owns and operates hotels under the ‘Taj’ brand in India and abroad, as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer last year.
